PURPOSE:To make a titled product to a highly accurate good product in V- groove rolling of cylindrical face of a bottomed cuplike formed product held between an upper jig and a lower driving jig by inner and outer pressure rollers, by providing a slip preventing part on the upper face of a lower jig pressure sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A bottomed cuplike formed product is held between the recessed part 20 of an upper free rotating jig 10 and the spring 32 pressing sleeve 28 of a lower driving rotating jig 12, and flange parts 72, 74 of both ends and a V- groove is rolled by pressing the cylindrical face of rotation formed product by an inner eccentric pressure roller 38 and an outer reliminary forming and groove forming pressure roller 78. At this time, rotation slip of the cuplike formed prodduct is prevented by providing a groove 54 on the upper face 34 of the inner constraining sleeve 28. Forming by rolling of the cylindrical face is made nicely, and the product is made to a good product of high accuracy. |
