PURPOSE:To diminish thrust difference between phases keeping the magnetic resistance of a yoke section constant, by providing a cylindrical permanent magnet on a moving member. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 has magnetic pole teeth 11 inside a cylindrical housing 10, and a guide shaft 12 is provided on the center and a cylinder type linear pulse motor is organized to enable a moving member 2 to slide on the shaft and to be supported by the shaft. The moving member 2, confronting to the guide shaft 12, consists of a cylindrical back yoke 4 inserted via an arbitrary shaft bearing 3 of linear sliding type, a cylindrical permanent magnet 5 inserted in and supported by the back yoke, the first - second yokes 6a-6b having magnetic pole teeth 61-64 of phases I -IV and being wound up with exciting coils 7, and a spacer 8 of non-magnetic material. And the magnet 5 has a non- magnetized section at a portion corresponding to the spacer 8 and has cylindrical magnet sections 5a, 5b corresponding to the first - second yokes 6a-6b, separated from the magnetized section. As the result, the magnet 5 can be formed to be one unit as a whole and the cost reduction can be realized. |
