Device with electromotive drive for a crank of a wool-ball winder, characterised in that a driving disc is provided with a crank take-up groove and is connected to the V-belt pulley, so that it is set in rotational movement by the V-belt and motor. Physical "hand-and-arm" operation is replaced, time and effort are saved and the crankshaft mounting of the ball winder is treated with care.
