PURPOSE:To enable the heat of a power converter to be radiated to the roomside during the heating operation but to the outside of the room during the cooling operation by providing an outdoor side heat discharging door leading to the outdoor side draft circuit and an indoor side heat discharging door leading to the indoor side draft circuit to the outer box of the power converter. CONSTITUTION:When a cooling and heating switcher 13 is fallen down toward the cooling side (a), a solenoid coil 14 is electrically energized, a contact 14a is closed, and electric current is supplied to solenoid coils 15 and 16 for opening or closing heat discharging doors 9 and 10 to open the doors 9 and 10. In this case, heat discharging doors 11 and 12 are closed. When the doors 9 and 10 are opened, the heat produced in the power converter 6 is discharged through the doors 9 and 10 to the outdoor side, preventing the lowering of the cooling efficiency. Also, when the switcher 13 is fallen down toward the heating side (b), the supply of current to the coil 14 is interrupted, the doors 9 and 10 are closed, the doors 11 and 12 are opened, and the heat of the converter 6 is discharged through the doors 11 and 12 to the inside of the room. |
