PURPOSE:To aim at reducing the sliding resistance of a movable iron core member and at reducing the leakage from a changeover section, by forming a slide section made of ultra-hard materials, in the movable iron core member. CONSTITUTION:A movable iron core member 4 is supported to support sections 30, 32 of a support member 5 through two slide sections 40, 42 of the movable iron core member 4, and the slide surfaces of the iron core member 4 have their ultrahard materials which are made in contact together. Therefore, the areas of the slide surfaces may be made less, and therefore, the slide resistance may be greatly reduced. Further, the support of the movable iron core member 4 involving a sliding motion may be obtained by being made to contact with two slide sections 40, 42 and therefore, since the burden of the support involving the sliding motion of the movable iron core member 4 with respect to the opened opposite surfaces of the passage is substantially eliminated, the opposite surfaces may be maintained in a satisfactory condition for a long time. |
