Holes (7,9) are provided in the insulation material (12) for electrical connections to the plate (5). The metal part of the base is machined so that the fitment surface (4) is electrically separated from the remaining sections (2,3) of the part. The part is cylindrical in shape with a cover surface (2), and a closed end surface (4) which constitutes a fitment for the plate (5). Base metal is removed by machining along a line running around the cylinder with a transition between the end surface and the cover surface. - A metal cover is connected to the base with which it forms a closed capsule for the plate. The cover is connected to the parts of the metal section separated from the end surface. |
