PURPOSE:To improve braking performance with a simple device by a constitution wherein an ignition circuit is connected with a spark angle advancing circuit for normal revolution when a switch is being turned ON and connected with a spark angle delaying circui when the switch is turned OFF while the ignition circuit is cut off when the engine is stopped perfectly after turning the switch OFF. CONSTITUTION:During the revolution of the engine, the stop switch 5 is being put ON, the spark advancing circuit 2 for normal revolution is connected to the ingition circuit 1 and an ingnition timing is advanced by 25 deg. than the timing of upper dead point. Next, when the switch 5 is switched into OFF, the ignition circuit 1 is connected to the spark delaying circuit 3 and the timing of ignition is delayed 25 deg. than the timing of upper dead point. Two cycle engine has a characteristic that it is revolved reversely when the ignition timing is delayed further than the timing of upper dead point, therefore, the revolution of the engine is reduced rapidly into reversing direction thereof simultaneously with the change of ignition timing and when the revolving number becomes zero, an ignition circuit switch 8 is turned OFF automatically by a signal from a revolving number detector 7 and the ignition circuit 1 is cut off to stop the engine. According to this method, speed reduction may be effected rapidly, a space for the device may become compact and durability may be improved. |
