The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ginsenoside-enriched red ginseng and a red ginseng slice based thereon and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a ginsenoside-enriched red ginseng manufactured based on specific steaming and heating conditions and a red ginseng slice manufactured based thereon and giving red ginseng taste, flavor, and texture when added to water, beverage, and the like. When the present invention is used, a manufacturing method can be provided that results in an increase in red ginseng ginsenoside content and various red ginseng products can be developed. In addition, the ginsenoside content-enriched red ginseng slice can be provided as an organic red ginseng product that can be easily carried around, can be conveniently taken in, and is not extracted or powdered.
