PURPOSE:To make a photosensitive material developable with water and to increase a film strength and lipophilic property by mixing an aqueous emulsified dispersion of a nonsilver photosensitive component with an aqueous emulsified dispersion of a lipophilic water-insoluble polymer to prepare a coating liq. for a photosensitive composition. CONSTITUTION:Diazophenylamine resin, o-naphthoquinonediazidosulfonic ester, 4,4'-diazidochalcone or the like is used as a nonsilver photosensitive component. The photosensitive component is dissolved in an org. solvent, and this org. soln. is put in water to prepare an aqueous emulsified dispersion A. Polyacrylic ester, butylphenol.formaldehyde resin or the like is used as a lipophilic water-insoluble polymer, and an aqueous emulsified dispersion B of the polymer is prepd. in the same way. The dispersions A, B are mixed to prepare a coating liq. for the photosensitive composition. The photosensitive material manufactured from the composition can be developed with water, has high film strength, and can be used as a lithographic printing plate, a material for proof reading, a resist for printed wiring or the like. |
