PURPOSE:To make venturi section unnecessary and reduce suction air resistance of the engine by a method wherein gas is injected into a suction pipe untilizing the supplying pressure of the gas itself. CONSTITUTION:Gas, having a normal gas supplying pressure, is injected from a nozzle 14 into the suction air pipe 10 at the upstream of a throttle valve 15 through a cock 12 and a gas flow amount regulating valve 13. The supplying pressure of town gas or the injection pressure from a gas cylinder is untilized as the supplying pressure of the gas. The supplying pressure of the gas is utilized directly in such manner, therefore, the venturi section becomes unnessary which choking section of suction air is reduced and, therefore, the suction air resistance may be reduced, filling efficiency may be improved and output of the engine may be increased. |
