PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the speed change of a power drive device, by moving a drive part in the terminal end section of an arm journalled to an actuating ring with the use of a speed reduction control device so that variations in the outer peripheral rate of the drive section are converted into reduction rates. CONSTITUTION:In an arrangement in which the drive force of a power drive device is transmitted to a speed reduction unit 4 through a clutch 3 for a main drive shaft 2, and the speed reduction unit 4 is operated by means of a speed reduction control device 5, a speed change is made such that the rotating rate of a drive shaft 17 is changed in association with variations in the outer peripheral rates of a drive ring 15 and a drive member 16 which are attached to the main drive shaft 2. With this arrangement, the transmission efficiency may be enhanced. |
