PURPOSE:To attach a cover to an ordinary tire at the time required and thereby make a slip preventable from occurring, by constituting the cover with an annular tread part having the same function as the tread part of a snow tire and a fixed member being coherent to the ordinary tire upon thermal contraction by action of a pyrogenic agent. CONSTITUTION:A tire cover for slip prevention use is constituted of an annular tread part 1 having the same function as the tread part of a snow tire and a fixed member 2 provided with each of cohesive parts 2a-2d in order to tightly hold the cover itself on the surface of an ordinary tire. And, a pyrogenic agent 3 is installed on a surface of the fixed member 2, and an antioxidizing film 4 is installed in this pyrogenic agent 3. At the time of using this cover, the annular tread part 1 is externally fitted in a tread part 11 of the ordinary tire and, after each of these cohesive parts 2a-2d of the fixed member 2 is made to stick fast to each of corresponding parts, the antioxidizing film 4 is removed. With this constitution, the pyrogenic agent 3 is made to work, making the fixed member 2 into thermal contraction, and setting the cover is completed, thus slip prevention comes to fruition. |
