PURPOSE:To reduce ventilating loss upon regulating ventilation between a main blow-off port and an auxiliary blow-off port effected by a ventilation regulating body by a method wherein the auxiliary blow-off port is provided so as to be located concentrically with the main blow-off port to minimize a distance between the main and auxiliary blow-off ports and ventilate smoothly. CONSTITUTION:A ventilating path 11 is formed by a heater 8, a shielding body 9 and a heater pushing plate 10 with intervals of 120 degrees. The ventilation regulating body 12 is provided with cylindrical ventilating paths 13, communicated with the main blow-off port 3 and flowing warm-air or cool air, with intervals of 120 degrees so as to be corresponding to respective ventilating paths 11. The auxiliary ventilating path 15, having the auxiliary blow-off port 14 blowing warm-air or cool air off, is provided so as to be located concentrically with the main blow-off port 3 and is arranged pivotably on the cover 16 of the shielding body 9. According to this constitution, the ventilating distance between the main blow-off port 3 and the auxiliary blow-off port 14 may be minimized, ventilation may be effected smoothly, ventilating loss upon regulating the ventilation between the main and auxiliary blow-off ports by the ventilation regulating body 12 may be minimized and the efficient ventilation may be effected.
