PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a height of a table for preparing to take a scout image without installing equipment that may become an obstacle to the work of an operator.SOLUTION: A radiation tomograph includes a table on which a subject is placed and whose height is variable, a depth sensor which is installed at a position higher than the subject and measures a distance from the depth sensor to the subject, identification means that identifies a height of the upper side body surface of the subject on the basis of the measured distance, and control means that controls the height of the table on the basis of the identified height of the upper side body surface. |
