摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the balance of (1) index matching, (2) chemical resistance and (3) etching property in a light transmissive conductive film which contains a light transmissive support layer (A), an optical adjustment layer (B) and a light transmissive conductive layer (C) containing indium oxide, and in which the adjustment layer (B) is arranged on at least one surface of the support layer (A) directly or through one or more other layers, and the conductive layer (C) is arranged on at least one surface of the support layer (A) through at least the adjustment layer (B).SOLUTION: There is provided a light transmissive conductive film characterized in that an optical adjustment layer (B) contains zirconia, has a thickness of 0.5-3 μm, and exhibits a peak in the vicinity of 2&thetas;=28° derived from zirconia and a peak of (222) plane derived from indium oxide in XRD measurement by a thin film method.
