<p>PURPOSE:To display a large quantity of data with a small memory capacity by performing access while moving back and forth cyclically a display working area and a record identifier storing area. CONSTITUTION:When the screen before or after the screen under display is desired, the switching is indicated by a command. In this case, the data on the desired screen can be called immediately to a display terminal device 3 as long as the data is held in a display working area 6. If said data is not held in the area 6, a record identifier held in a record identifier storing area 9 is used to read the desired data out of a data base 2. This data is stored in the area 6 and then outputted to the display terminal device 3. In case the record identifier of the corresponding screen is not detected within an identifier storing area 9, both the data and the record identifier are read out of the base 2 and stored in both areas 6 and 9. Thus it is possible to give the display control to an optional large quantity of data with use of a small memory area.</p> |
