Samples are taken from the tissues thereby that certain parts thereof are pyrolysed punctiform and the pyrolysate so obtained is collected and its composition is examined and the results of this examination are compared with reference data. Thereby the character of the tissue is determined, whereafter samples are taken repeatedly and the boundary of the tissues is indicated and the separation is performed along this boundary. |
