PURPOSE:To simply and exactly take out hot water alone by simplified operations of valves by a method in which a hot water discharge valve is interlocked with a water supply valve, the water supply valve is closed when the hot water discharge valve is opened, and when the discharge of hot water is ended, the hot water discharge valve is automatically closed and the water supply valve is opened. CONSTITUTION:When hot water is discharged, valves 15, 16, 16' and a lever 21 are positioned as shown by the full lines when the lever 21 is pushed up, a hot water discharge valve 11 is opened, and a water supply valve 12 is closed. A blade 22 is turned about 90 deg. to the position as shown by the full line by a force to be generated by the flow of hot water, and a claw 24 at the tip of the blade 22 is put into the recession 25 of the valve 15. The valve 15 is thus held in the state of being pushed up even when hand is separated from the lever 21. When the discharge of hot water is finished, since the force to be generated by the flow of hot water is lost for the blade 22, the claw 24 is pushed down by the weights of the valves 15 and 16 and the lever 21, the water supply valve 12 is automatically opened, and the hot water discharge valve 11 is closed.
