The present invention is provided with permanent magnets and an air sleeve together so that when a rotating shaft is in a state of low-speed rotation, the rotating shaft is supported by using the repulsive force of the permanent magnets, and when the rotating shaft is in a state of high-speed rotation, the rotating shaft is supported by using the air layer in the air sleeve, and thus the rotating shaft can be effectively supported without being restricted by the rotating speed of the rotating shaft. Further, the present invention comprises a hybrid passive magnetic bearing that does not use an electromagnet but uses a permanent magnet, and thus has the merits of being able to be safely used even during power saving, and being able to be used semi-permanently and reducing costs since a separate external device for applying power is not necessary. |
