PURPOSE:To stabilize a blended polymer of ABS and PVC against heat, by adding a sulfur-containing organotin compound, hydrotalcite and maleic acid salt of metal such as Li and Na or maleic acid menoester salt thereto. CONSTITUTION:(A) 0.1-5pts.wt., especially 0.5-2.5pts.wt., sulfur-containing organotin compound of formulae I and/or II (R<1> represents alkyl or alkoxycarbonylalkyl; Z<1> represents formula III; R<2> represents alkyl or alkoxyalkyl; Y represents R<1> or Z<1>; Z<2> respresents S or formula III; p, r, and l each represent 1 or 2; n represents 1-10), (B) 0.1-3pts.wt., especially 0.5-2pts.wt., hydrotalcite of formula V (0<x<=0.5); m represents 0-5) and (C) 0.01-3pts.wt., especially 0.05-2pts.wt., maleic acid salt of metal selected from Li, Na, K, Mg, Ca, Zn, Sr and Ba and/or maleic acid monoester salt are added to 100pts.wt. blended polymer consisting of ABS and PVC at 6:4-4:6 weight ratio.
