PURPOSE:To prevent a finder from becoming too bright even momentarily even if a shutter has deviation in operation timing by making the quantity of light emission of a light source less from the end of film exposure to the end of a photographic mode than in the film exposure. CONSTITUTION:A CPU30 once detecting an exposure end signal drives a motor 17 through a shutter driving circuit 42 to close a shutter blade 15 and also return a stop blade to right before the start of the photographic mode. The CPU 30 when detecting the end of the photographic mode open the shutter blade 15 and returns switches S4 and S5 of a multiplexer to an on- and off-state to restore an automatic lighting diagnostic mode. Here, when the shutter blade 15 is open, the stop blade is already stopped down, so the finder never becomes too bright even if the opening timing of the shutter blade 15 is delayed slightly.
