PURPOSE:To execute complex control and to generage plural outputs simultaneously without using an external circuit arranged on the outside by writing an output instruction in plural output means on the basis of the same set point. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is converted at its level by a count input part 1 in an electronic type preset counter, the level-converted signal is applied to a CPU3 through an input interface 2 and a control input part 4 and a program input part 5 to be used by a user are connected to the interface 2. A ROM6 storing an arithmetic processing means and a RAM7 for outputting a prescribed signal when a counted value reaches a set point set up by a user program are formed and their output is applied to a display part 9 and an output circuit 10 through an output interface 8. An output buffer area for temporally storing output data from plural output means is formed in the RAM7. Output instructions for the plural output means are written at the same set point. Thus, complex control is executed without using an external circuit arranged on the outside and plural outputs are simultaneously generated.
