PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hour of ROM control processes and to utilize a processor decentralized control system effectively by forming a selecting means enable to realize plural function modules by the same contents of the ROM. CONSTITUTION:A data circuit 11 controlled by plural circuit control processors 1 in he processor decentralized control system and each processor 1 is controlled by a communication control processor 2 through a data circuit 21. The hardwares of both the processors 1, 2 are made the same constitution to constitute a processor module 100, and a rotary switch 31 for selecting a function and a rotary switch 32 for selecting a node No. are connected to a local bus 41 of the module 100. The function and node No. of a processor 50 connected to the bus 41 are selected and read out by the switches 31, 32. A program module to be used as the processor 1 or 2 is stored in a ROM60 and a program and data are stored in a RAM70. Thus, the decentralized control system is utilized effectively.
