PURPOSE:To enable the automatic switching of a large quantity of oil with a low cost unit by providing a screw rotational frequency setting device and a controller which transmits a signal to instruct the opening of an electromagnetic flow control valve and the ON/OFF operation of an electromagnetic switch valve after receiving a set value shown by the rotational frequency setting device. CONSTITUTION:A torque setting algorithm is set in a controller 61. If a screw rotational frequency is set in a rotational frequency setting device 63 provided on a rotational frequency setting panel 62 for a screw 12, the controller 61 transmits a signal 64, feeds a necessary quantity of oil to an oil pressure motor 13 by a flow control valve 33 while transmitting a signal 65 to control an electromagnetic switch valve 35, 36. If the electromagnetic switch valve 35 is turned ON and the electromagnetic switch valve 36 is turned OFF, the motor 13 turns at high speed with a low torque. In this way, the selection of screw rotational frequency and torque is automated so that an erroneous setting by an operator may be prevented. AT the same time, a pilot check valve of large capacity is saved and subsequently the cost is reduced. |
