PURPOSE:To prevent the trailing end portion of a sheet from remaining at the inlet end of a tray by deflecting a guide groove for guiding a trunnion at a portion facing a transfer member, and shifting an untransferred portion at the deflected portion on the upstream side of sheet transportation, with respect to a transfer portion. CONSTITUTION:When a trunnion 15 of a bin tray 3... is positioned at an untransferred portion 36c of a guide groove, an inlet end of the bin tray is positioned on the upstream side of sheet transportation from a sheet transport downstream side perpendicular tangent V-V of a kick-out rotor 10, so that even if resistance in the transport direction works upon a sheet, the trailing end of a sheet kicked out by the kick-out rotor 10 is reliably placed at a regular position on the upstream side of the inlet end of the bin tray to prevent the back portion of the sheet from remaining at the inlet end of the tray. Furthermore, as it is not necessary to increase the rotating speed of the kick-out rotor 10, a small amount of sheets will be accumulated at a designated regular position without lack of uniformly of the sheets. |
