PURPOSE:To realize the complete combustion of waste gas and the prevention of air pollution by regulating the mixing ratio upon detection of waste gas pressure. CONSTITUTION:The waste gas washed by a scrubber is sent to burner side by pressure after dripping water and removing foreign materials by the strainer 2. The pressure of waste gas at this time is confirmed by a pressure gauge 38. If the pressure of waste gas has attained not lower than the acting point of a pressure switch 34, the blower regulating relay 61 is energized by the closing of the contact point 57a because the upper limit pressure acting relay 57 for the small capacity burner 23a is energized and further, the blower operating relay 62 is energized by the closing of the contact point 61a and the lamp 64 lights, too, together with the starting of the blower 14. Together with the ignition of the burner 23a, the air-gas mixing ratio is adjusted to obtain the condition of complete combustion by operating the flow rate regulating valve 16. The flame condition after that is inspected on occasion and adjusted. |
