PURPOSE:The titled composition usable any period from a period immediately after rice transplanting to germination and growth period of weeds, obtained by combining a herbicide effective against Echinochloa crus-galli Beauv. var. praticola Ohwi. with a herbicide effective against broad-leaved weeds and a herbicide effective against cyperaceous weeds. CONSTITUTION:A herbicide for paddy fields comprising S-(alpha,alpha-dimethylbenzyl)-1- piperidinecarbothioate effective against Echinochloa crus-galli Beauv. var. praticola Ohwi., [ 1,3-dimethyl-4-( 2,4-dichloro-3-methyl )benzoyl-5-( p-methyl )benzoylmethyloxy]pyrazole effective for broad-leaved weeds, and 1-(4-methyl)phenyl-3-alpha, alpha-dimethylbenzylurea or N-(alpha,alpha-dimethyl)benzyl-alpha-bromo-alpha-t-butylacetamide effective against cyperaceous weeds as active ingredients. EFFECT:Having effects with a small amount of it, showing long durability of effects and synergistic actions. |
