PURPOSE:To provide the titled transmission type screen with characteristics of a horizontal Fresnel lens and a lenticular lens by varying sectional shapes of hollow parts in ''inclination'', ''lap'', etc., successively from the center of the screen. CONSTITUTION:A deformed lenticular lens 1 for securing horizontal convergence and wide diffusion and a linear Fresnel lens 2 for vertical convergence are combined with each other. This lenticular shape displays the same characteristics with a screen which has a horizontal Fresnel lens without any horizontal Fresnel lens, and vertical columnar hollow holes 3 are formed laterally successively in the plate of the light trasmission screen in parallel. Top and reverse opposite internal surfaces of the columnar hollow holes 3 are so shaped that more half of opposite surfaces are symmetrical about a top-reverse division center line x-x. Inclinations of those symmetrical curved surfaces to the top-reverse division center line are increased bit by bit gradually from the center of the screen to the right and left sides.
