PURPOSE:To reduce output impedance and current comsumption by extracting positive and negative output signals from an active element. CONSTITUTION:Output lines B, A from a differential part 10 operate in the reverse phase with each other in accordance with input signals (+), (-) from terminals 14, 15 to actuate the 1st and 2nd amplifiers 30, 40 respectively and an output line C of the 1st amplifier 30 acts as the inverted amplifier line of a line B to actuate the 2nd amplifier 40. The outputs of the operational amplifier which correspond to the input signals are extracted from an output line D of the 2nd amplifier 40. Therefore, positive and negative signals are outputted from the output line D as active elements for turning on and off PMOST41 and NMOST 42 alternately. |
