The invention refers to a process in order to supplying plant seeds with a coating in a layer of vorticity. The purpose is to produce a coated seed material, presenting a defined water content with optimal storage constancy and which further presents a purposeful placement of the active substances in the coating, at which the recoating is markedly stabile. The process enables agglomeration and drying of the re-coating mass at a great speed and with effective utilization of the used drying agent's drying potential through an intensive substance and heat transition. According to the invention, the seed is fluidised with a defined amount of air and air temperature, at which the binding agent's liquid content is successively sprayed on the seed and active agents in powder form, preferably kaolin. The process is usable for coating plant seeds, preferably sugar beet seeds, for use within farming and forestry as well as within garden cultivation.<IMAGE> |
