PURPOSE:To obtain the titled fish-paste product having improved quality, by passing fish meat kneaded into the form of a viscous material through a heating roller device using far infrared heaters as a heat source, conveyor type heat- treating device, drying chamber and expanding device. CONSTITUTION:A fish meat raw material kneaded in the form of a viscous material is extruded through a raw material hopper 2 into a beltlike material 4 on the top surface of a heating drum 1 heated by far infrared heaters 11 and gelatinized. The top and bottom surfaces of the beltlike material 4 are then heated by far infrared heaters (6a) of a conveyor type irradiation heat-treating device 6 and further passed through a drying chamber 8 heated by far infrared heaters (8b) and expanding device 10 heated by far infrared heaters (10a) to give the aimed fish-paste product. |
