PURPOSE:To shorten the write time, to reduce the frequency of interruption of power supply to a half during writing and to double a service life of a non-volatile memory into n-number of data blocks and to execute a circulate writing at each occation of a write request. CONSTITUTION:A memory is divided into n-number of data blocks DB1-DBn having required data sizes and each piace contains write counter data WC and DCC data. With respect to the data blocks divided in such a way, a non-volatile memory write function 7 writes new data in the data block next to that previous time at each occation of a write request, and executes such loop write up to the number of write service life times that it returns to the initial data block after it writes data up to the final data block. Even if a power source is interrupted and then data destruction occurs during this write processing, backup data is saved in its previous data block. For BCC errors in a non-volatile memory write function 6 after the restoration of the power source, data in the previous data block is used, and the running of the system is resumed. |
