PURPOSE:To obtain titled flux that hardly generates local corrosion, achieves high insulation and has good solderability by adding proper quantity of mineral acid salt of amine having allyl radical. CONSTITUTION:This is flux for soldering containing 0.1-10wt% of mineral acid salt of amine having at least one allyl radical to total quantity of flux. It is high in activity, and contains activator high in compatibility to rosins in the flux, and has solderability effective to, not only copper, iron, nickel aluminum, chrome and their alloys. It is desirable to use one of mono-, di- tri-(2-propenyl)- amine as amine having at least one allyl radical. As above-mentioned mineral acid, hydrohalogenic acid or hydrofluoboric acid is used suitably. |
