PURPOSE:To provide an electrically conductive paint which hardly causes deterioration in electrical conductivity with time, by blending a specified phosphonic acid with a paint compsn. composed of a resin component containing a copper- based electrically conductive material. CONSTITUTION:A phosphonic acid of the formula [wherein R<1> is aryl; R<2> is H, OH, OR (wherein R is alkyl, aryl) or R<1>] such as phenylphosphonic acid, diphenyl-phosphine or monomethyl phenylphosphonate is used. 0.1-10pts.wt. said phosphonic acid is blended with 100pts.wt. mixture consisting of 50-95pts.wt. copper or copper alloy powder having a particle size of 100mu or below and 50- 5pts.wt. resin such as acrylate resin or polyurethane resin to obtain the desired electrically conductive paint.
