PURPOSE:To eliminate damages to the covering member at the side of a storage container and the covering member opening and closing means at the side of a device facing the covering member by allowing the opening and closing means to engage and disengage from the covering member associatively with the movement of a holding means in orthogonal directions. CONSTITUTION:A shutter opening member 73 is fitted slidably on a cassette holder 7, specially, with a pin 75 and energized by a spring 78 as shown by an arrow N. Then, a cam 80 is provided to the cam follower pin 79 at its tail end, so when the cassette holder 7 is lowered, it contacts a spring 78 through the cam 80 and is slid as shown by an arrow O. Consequently, an opening claw 73a and the closing claw 74a of a closing member 74 leave a cassette 2 and its shutter 70, so that there is no damage betwee the both.
