PURPOSE:To always keep an average temp. value in the longitudinal direction of an extrusion mold, by embedding heat pipes in close vicinity to an extrusion groove and a resin flow passage to perform mutual heat exchange between the mount part of space heaters and the non-mount part thereof. CONSTITUTION:Space heaters 5, 5... are provided to the upper surface of an extrusion mold 1 and the upper outer walls of both sides of said extrusion mold 1 to heat the extrusion mold 1 and heat pipes 6, 6... are embedded at left and right positions approaching extrusion grooves 3, resin flow passages 4 and extrusion orifices 4a in the longitudinal direction. Because the temp. distribution in the longitudinal direction becomes uniform by the heat pipes by this constitution, the extrusion amount of the extruded molten synthetic resin stock material becomes uniform over all the extrusion orifices and the quality irregularity of a product can be prevented. |
