PURPOSE:To improve the vibration resistance characteristics, the impact resistance characteristics and the precision by making up a nozzle flapper from electrostrictive element and electrically feeding back an output pressure to the input side via a pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION:The flapper 22 of a nozzle flapper machanism 12 is made up from an electrostrictive element and an output pressure is electrically fed back to an input side via a pressure sensor 66. The vibration resistance characteristics and the impact resistance characteristics are therefore improved and in addition an evident change in output pressure can be induced by a fine change in position of the electrostrictive element, so that the influences of both the hysteresis characteristics of the electrostrictive element and the non-linear form thereof may become minimal, the precision can be improved. |
