摘要 PURPOSE:To increase an afterimage effect during stoppage of an object so as to improve a noise reduction effect, to reduce an afterimage effect during acting of the object and to make a picture more visible by varying an action coefficient of a recursive filter. CONSTITUTION:A video device 8 which has a recursive filter circuit 10 capable or specifying action coefficients of a recursive filter with the aid of external signals is provided between an image pickup tube 7 and a monitor device 9. During the stoppage of a table 2 the action coefficients of the recursive filter become larger, and afterimage components are larger, which renders a reduction effect caused by an integration action to be larger by the amount which is found to be larger. Then a transmission image with a remarkable picture quality improving effect can be observed by a device 9. On the other hand, while the table 2 is acting, actions of the recursive filter and a noise reduction effect are reduced. However, the more visible moving transmission image because of less afterimages can be observed by the device 9 during acting of the table.
