<p>A curable powder coating compsn. comprises a polyester resin (I), an epoxy resin (II) crosslinkable with the (I) and a natural or synthetic rubber. - The (I) is carboxylic polyester resin esp. a solid satd. polyester. The (II) is a solid bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin resin or a solid diandiglycidyl ether resin. The rubber is an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer elastomer. - The compsns. is suitable for spraying onto most surfaces but are partic. suitable for electrostatic spraying onto steel and non-ferrous alloy surfaces. These are curable at lower temps. e.g. at 160 deg.C for 10 mins. The cured compsn. has a texture finish.
