PURPOSE:To uniformly transfer a definite pattern to plastics to be processed, by arranging a hollow cushion between an upper mold and a lower mold in a state laminated to the plastics to be processed and injecting a fluid into the hollow part of the cushion almost simultaneously with heating. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 2 has a pressurizing surface which assumes the shape of a product and is contacted with plastics 3 to be processed and to which the pattern to be transferred to the plastics 3 to be processed is formed. Air is sent into the hollow part 4a of a cushion 4 from a pressure pump through an air feed pipe 6 and uniform pressure is applied to the plastics 3 to be processed by the cushion 4. Next, a current is supplied to electrodes 1, 2 from a power source apparatus 5 and high frequency voltage is applied to the plastics 3 to be processed. By this method, the plastics 3 to be processed becomes plastic state under heating treatment from the interior thereof and is pressed to the electrode 2 under the uniform pressure of the cushion 4 to be mold and, at the same time, the pattern formed to the electrode 2 can be uniformly transferred to the plastics 3 to be processed. |
