PURPOSE:To obtain a tire molding die provided with ventilating clearances having cross vent function on its lapjoint surface by a method wherein a net ring is put on a profile ring and a planar ventilating member is stuck to the net ring body. CONSTITUTION:The net ring 3 consists of network ribs 6, lugs 7 and shoulder bones 8. Planar ventilating members 10 are laid on the lapjoint surface 3-1 of the net ring 3 along the rib 6. The ventilating clearances 11 are provided on the lapjoint parts through which the net ring 3 abuts on the main body. Therefore, in the tire molding die in which the net ring 3 is fixed by bolts to the profile ring, the ventilating clearances 11 play the same roll as so-called cross vent holes, in other words, ventilating paths are provided and exhausting function in the cross vent type is given.
