PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation of a valve by performing the lipophilic treatment on the friction part of a pipe with the valve body. CONSTITUTION:The lipophilic treatment is performed on the friction part 19 of a pipe 11 with a valve body 13, whereby improving the oily surface of the valve body 13, reducing the conventional creation rate of oil drops and weekening the surface treatment. The valve operation can become stable.
