PURPOSE:To lower manhour for working remarkably and to facilitate connection between microwave integrated circuits (MIC) by making a mounting face of the MIC of a carrier a flat face. CONSTITUTION:The circuit mounting face 31 of the carrier 30 is a flat face, and a circuit substrate of each MIC is placed on the mounting face 31 and fixed by bonding. On the other hand, a groove 42 is formed on the connection face of a connecting flange 41 of a waveguide 40. This groove 42 is provided to escape an inductive substrate 21 of a microstrip antenna 20 when the waveguide 40 is connected to the MIC/waveguide exchange part EX. Thus, it is not necessary to form a groove for containing MIC substrate in the carrier 30, and therefore, the manhour for working can be reduced remarkably. Further, as the circuit is mounted on the flat face of the carrier, the connection between MICs is made easy. |
