<p>The process comprises mixing a liq. polymer and an abrasive powder of fraction below 200 mu and contg. Al, Si, Ti, Fe, Na and K oxides. The powder content is 50 wt.% of the mixt., which is then kneaded for 30 minutes. - The prod., in virtually solid batches, is passed through a continuous extruder, and cut to length. The mixt. is formed at 280-300 K and 900-1100 millibars.</p> |
