PURPOSE:To eliminate only the exception in an opening and closing condition from combination of the opening and closing condition of plural kinds, by providing a subsolenoid valve in a passage of control fluid. CONSTITUTION:A control device, turning on a main switch 14, closes a pneumatic actuator valve AO1 by opening a main solenoid valve 15 so as to feed high pressure air to the pneumatic actuator valve AO1. While the control device, if it turns on a subswitch 18 at this time, opens a pneumatic actuator valve AO2 by opening a subsolenoid valve 19 so as to feed the high pressure air to the pneumatic actuator valve AO2. A condition that the pneumatic actuator valves AO1, AO2 are both opened can be eliminated from combination of the opening and closing condition of the pneumatic actuator valves AO1, AO2. Both of the valves AO1, AO2 are never opened even if it is required that gas should not be simultaneously supplied from both lines 11, 12. |
