PURPOSE:To eliminate erroneous operation imparting damage to the mold of the main body of an injection molding machine, by preventing the abnormal operation of the injection molding machine by allowing a monitor control apparatus to inhibit the output of a mold clamping control signal when the monitor control apparatus itself turns into an abnormal operation state. CONSTITUTION:When a monitor control apparatus 13 turns into a no-voltage state, relays RL0, RL1, RL2, RL3 of an input/output circuit 14 come to a non- exciting state and normally open contacts RL0a, RL1a, RL2a, RL3a are brought to an OFF-state while normally closed contacts RL2b, RL3b come to an ON- state. At this time, the normally open contact RL2a is held to an OFF-state and a mold clamp relay can not be excited while a drive control apparatus 11 holds the main body of an injection molding machine to a mold clamping denying state and the normally closed contact RL2b is turned ON and a buzzer is operated to inform a no-voltage state. At this time, a protrusion relay is protruded by also bringing the contact RL3a to OFF-operation and brought to a non-operable state. By this method, the main body of an injection molding machine can be prevented from performing abnormal operation when abnormality is generated in the side of the monitor control apparatus 13. |
