PURPOSE:To eliminate a layer shortcircuit by emitting a laser light to the superposed portion of coil strands in a rhombic shape at the hole ends of inner and outer cylindrical coils, thereby facilitating the bonding of the strands. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer cylindrical coils 11, 12 are engaged so that coil strands 1 are radially superposed in advance. The superposed portion of inner an outer coil strands 1 becomes a rhombic shape as seen from the side. A laser light is emitted to the superposed portion 10 of the strands 1 in a rhombic shape at the hole ends of the coils 11, 12 to fuse the superposed strands 1 from the outside of the coil 12 to the side of the coil 11, and ends of the strands 1 of the coils 11, 12 are bonded. |
