PURPOSE:To select and remove foreign substances simply and to circulated a reusable developer continuously to a developing part by forming a netlike cylinder fixing a spiral carrying member in its inside on the wall of a developing sleeve fitting case discharging the foreign substances which can not be dropped from the final end part of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The net-like cylinder 27 consisting of a metallic wire net or the like which can drop a reusable recoved developer (x), but can not drop foreign substances (d) such as paper powder or largely granulated developers is pivotally set up over the setting case walls 16 for the developing sleeve 12 by engaging one end side of the cylinder 27 with a transfer cylinder 25 and penetrating the other end side into the other developing sleeve setting case wall 16. The spiral carrying member 28 is fixed on the inside of the cylinder 27 and the cylinder 27 is rotated by interlocking with the rotation of a moving device 10. The cylinder 27 leads the recovered developer (b) from the device 10, and while carrying the developer (b), drops only the reusable developer (c) into the hopper 11a and discharges the foreign substances (d) which can not be dropped from the cylinder 27 from the final end part of the cylinder 27 to a foreign substance storing case 29. |
