AUTOMATIC DETECTING DEVICE OF BALANCED CONDITION

PURPOSE:To automate and determine quantitatively the judgement of a balanced condition by sampling and storing the necessary condition detecting signals and by judging a condition as the balanced condition by a decision unit when the difference between the maximum and minimum values obtd. from the data is settled within an allowable range. CONSTITUTION:The signals from plural condition detectors of a plant site are selected with a signal selector 11 and fed to a data reading memory unit 12. The data are sampled and stored by the unit 12 according to the setting set by a sampling cycle and storing time setting unit 13 and the difference between the maximum and minimum values is obtd. by each detecting signal with a min.- max. difference arithmetic device 14. The difference in-between is then judged from the allowance value by an allowance value setting unit 16 for detecting balanced condition and a balanced condition decision unit 15. When the difference is smaller than the allowance value a decision is given to the balanced condition, which is displayed on a balanced condition detecting indicator 17.
