<p>PURPOSE:To simplify an arithmetic circuit, and to widen a detecting area by providing signal detecting means on four apexes of a square plate, calculating signals from said means, and obtaining prescribed position signals. CONSTITUTION:Four corners of a detecting plate 1 are supported by a pressure sensor 2 such as a semiconductor strain gauge, etc. This pressure sensor 2 is specified as P1-P4, respectively, and sends out a signal to amplifiers A1-A4. All signals are supplied to an adder, divider, etc. and calculated. In such a state, when an optional point P of the plate 1 is pressed with a finger, etc., output signals of the points P1-P4 are obtained from said each sensor 2, they are calculated, and a position signal Px and Py are calculated.</p> |
